🎁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Santa Helpers, we want you to love every piece of Christmas magic you bring home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

🕒 Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 15th of the following year.

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact our customer service team at info@santahelpers.com or call +254 114-702-435 with your order number and reason for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Need something different? Let us know! We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items while supplies last.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Personalized or custom-made decorations

• Opened light sets or electrical products

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
